These symptoms vary from woman to woman and may be mild or noticeable enough to seek medical advice.

Can a Retroverted Uterus Affect Fertility

In most cases a retroverted uterus does not prevent a woman from conceiving naturally. Fertility usually remains unaffected unless the tilt is connected with another underlying condition such as endometriosis or pelvic adhesions. Even then, treatments and lifestyle changes can make a big difference.
